John Russell is a seasoned entrepreneur with expertise in business development, event management and sales strategy. He is currently co-founder of TicketSpice, a unique software development company that has processed over $2 Billion for their customers. John has over 20 years of live event, and start-up experience. He has worked on successful programs with brands such as Google, Pepsi, McDonalds, Verizon, Sirius XM Radio, Mazda and others.  Mr. Russell was listed as one of the top ten industry pioneers of all time and has been quoted as an industry expert in publications such as the New York Times, the Orange County Register and the Boston Globe.  Prior to Webconnex, he founded several other successful companies including Action Media which was sold to Apprise Media in 2006. Russell works remotely from a home office in Newport Beach where you’ll find him in boardshorts and a t-shirt until well after lunch.
